Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Wrong Item Shipped by Us

If we ship an incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item within 24 business hours, subject to availability.

Alternatively, the customer may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

A prepaid return label will be provided. Once the incorrect item is received back at our facility, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account.

2. Returns Due to Customer Error or Preference

If a customer wishes to return a product due to ordering the wrong item, no longer needing the product, or any reason not caused by our error, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in new, resalable condition.

Products that are used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may be denied a refund or subject to an additional deduction.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on availability and the situation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items, custom orders, and bulk or wholesale orders may be final sale and not eligible for return unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective.

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
